The Tuscany can be used as a conventional oven, but because of its clever smoke by-pass control, it can also be used as a smoking oven. So you can cook delicious breads, biscuits, cakes, pastry's roasts and of course pizza, but also you can smoke fish, meats, savories and your pizza.

The unit is supplied to be mounted in a BBQ wall or cooking area or we can supply a base cabinet with or without wheels. It comes with a pizza shovel, firebox rake chrome oven tray, allowing two cooking levels, and complementary heat beeads and fire lighters.
